QUICK DETAILS – UPPER RIVER CRUISE
- The water level in the river is currently quite low and its unnavigable heading up-river. When the water levels rise in the Spring, we can probably make some runs upriver.
- Cruise upriver towards Picacho State Park – Available 2025
- The estimated travel distances / times will be contingent on water levels.
- Enjoyment for the Whole Family – Children under 16 must be accompanied by a paying adult.
- Cruise embarks from Fisher’s Landing – Check-in: Passengers must check in and be at the boat dock 10 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time.
- The Liberty does not have ADA accessibility, so passengers need to be able to board and disembark independently by stepping up and down.
This cruise will take you up the Colorado River, following some of the routes that the early paddle-wheeler boats used to bring supplies to Yuma and the areas mines. During your cruise, you will travel along through picturesque and often breathtaking scenery. It’s not uncommon to see donkeys and big horn sheep in the mountains along the way!
