Boarding begins immediately after a brief safety meeting held dockside 10 minutes before your scheduled departure time.
For guests who have purchased scenic tour tickets online or via phone, it’s still necessary to check in at our Events Office. We recommend arriving 30 minutes before departure to allow ample time for parking and check-in procedures. The Events office is located next to the rotunda.
Wedding parties and private charters are normaly permitted early boarding for loading and decorating.
